What we do
Twelve services, one crew, one contract.
We do the carpentry, tile, floors, drywall and paint ourselves and bring in licensed electricians and plumbers when a job needs them. You deal with one person, one written estimate and one schedule.

One rowhome. Four and a half months. Everything new.
A brick rowhome taken down to the studs in April and handed back in August. New kitchen, two bathrooms, a rebuilt staircase with iron balusters, vinyl plank floors throughout, a finished basement, new windows, a new front door and a cedar-fenced patio.

Our shop is on South 5th Avenue in Myerstown. Most jobs are in Lebanon County, the northern half of Lancaster County and around Hershey. We also take on whole-home rowhome renovations in Philadelphia, where we finished a complete rebuild of a rowhome in 2025.

How does a project start?
You call or send the form. We set a time to walk through the house, take measurements and talk through what you want. A few days later you get a written, itemized estimate. If it works for you, we schedule the start date and order materials.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. The walkthrough and the written estimate cost nothing and come with no obligation.
Can we live in the house while you work?
Almost always. We hang dust barriers, protect floors along the work path and clean up at the end of every day. For a whole-house renovation we will tell you honestly if moving out for a stretch makes sense.
Do you do the painting too?
Yes, and that is the point. Painting is part of every remodel we do, so you are not hiring a second company to finish the job. We also take painting-only jobs.
Where do you work?
Our shop is in Myerstown. Most of our work is within about 40 minutes: Lebanon, Annville, Palmyra, Cornwall, Hershey, Lititz, Ephrata, Manheim, Elizabethtown and Lancaster. We also take on whole-home rowhome renovations in Philadelphia.
What happens if something needs attention after the job?
Call us. We come back and fix it. A remodel is finished when you are still happy with it a month later, not just on the last day.
